Hey y'all. I was the drummie on F-Head's Ka-Bloom. Although the band is no more I know the guitar player, Buz and I, Pete, are doing fine. We both have kids and are as happy as clams! -pete

The only solution, another revolution!
Flowerhead
I am a singer and guitarist with the Colorado hard rock band Sargeant Gypsy & the Eyerish, I have been a huge fan of Flowerhead ever since a friend first turned me onto them in 1994. The album KaBloom! is one of the coolest hard rock album from the 90's. Its even better that it is so obscure. The singer/bassist is very underrated as a front man, and the two guitar attack is AWESOME especially on the first cut appropriately entitled "acid reign" This is music meant to be listened to loud. Anyone who appreciates well crafted hard rock/pop music will absolutely love this band!

I discovered Ka-BLOOM as a music editor in university back in 1992, and this album has been one of my consistent favoutites ever since. Hearing this album for the first time was a watershed moment for me. Now that I know there is another album out there, I MUST HAVE IT!

The most anticipated follow up the rest of the world missed!I wish they would've made more albums!
Supposedly, there was going to be a record single w/unreleased songs.Of course, that lady from zoo entertainment could've been lying to me.

these guys are beautiful. the music is awesome despite their pussy name. plus the album cover is some nice photography. thats why i bought it and was shocked that a band with such a wussy name was so nice.

I have this album in "green" vinyl, but does not have a date of production, so I am assuming that the production date of 1992, as shown in the previous window might be correct. The record sounded pretty good, but I'm not into messages, on music, just like to listen to the music instead.

This record should have been big. I love it. When is the reunion tour?

I was a student in the 90s at Washington University in St. Louis. There was (and probably still is) a twice-annual blowout in the quad with very little sobriety. At one of these, I was.....how do you say..."chemically altered" and hangin' with my buds. All of a sudden, I heard this amazing guitar riff from the stage that penetrated my body to the core. Then the bass kicked in and started to rattle my bones. I ran up to the stage and watched with utter amazement as this ragtag band broadcast what I felt was the best music I have ever heard in my life. A few days later when I re-entered reality, I managed to hunt down this CD, which has been in high rotation in my car's CD player ever since. Thanx guys for the awesome experience and continued musical trip!

Ever since I witnessed Flowerhead in Austin, Texas, around 1990, I've never seen or heard anything like them. Everything Is Beautiful!

Just stumbled upon this album online while looking for some other psychedelic bands. I downloaded it based on reviews and have to say this really is good stuff. Would like to hear more.
