There are 2 RealAudio downloadable files at the Sub Pop record page of nearly 8 min. together, so check it out yourself. But in these soundsamples you will not find the pure and up to traditionell country side of the band. They play the whole range from riding on a horse through the wide and endless präie, coming to a weird saloon where they smoke this weed and the sound is swelling and melting, tunes are picked from a guitar like flowers from a meadow dropped into the wind, floating away - in the same song(!). You can expect friendly, harmonic country psych pop, but there is much more country in it, than these examples show. Multikultural-that's it.
J.Mascis play guitar on 2 tracks and the whole thing was recorded at his studio in Northampton, MA.  Betti

Debut full length (CD on Sub Pop) from this Los Angeles band. A bunch of melodic and dreamy songs moving into country styles in the vein of the Byrds and Flying Burrito Brothers. Buy record at ( LP 13.00 EUR) Greatest Hits Mailorder (D) change
